OLD PARLOR MEAT COMPANY

We are Curt and Emily Van Grouw, owners of Old Parlor Meat Company. In 2020, we started renovating the once Van Grouw family dairy milk house, which is now the main meat processing room. Additions to the original structure include the slaughter room and walk-in cooler and freezer. The old parlor itself will be the future processing and retail space. We are a custom exempt red meat (beef, pork, lamb, and goat) processing plant located southeast of Rock Valley, Iowa. We also have a variety of beef and pork products available for sale.
