We are Curt and Emily Van Grouw, owners of Old Parlor Meat Company. In 2020, we renovated the Van Grouw family dairy milk house and is now the main meat processing room. Additions to the original structure include the slaughter room and walk-in cooler and freezer. We are a custom exempt red meat (beef, pork, lamb, and goat) processing plant located southeast of Rock Valley, Iowa. The old parlor itself was the first retail space before relocating to downtown Rock Valley at 1507 Main Street Rock Valley, IA 51247.
